Delete your account data
An account is optional in Farstep. If you signed in with Google or Apple, we hold the anonymous install ids of the app installs you signed in on and the web unlock codes you claimed. Deleting removes all of it and signs you out. Your store purchases stay with your store account, and a web unlock code keeps working as a code.

About the sign-in itself
Sign-in runs on a service shared by Adelyons Software apps. Deleting here removes everything Farstep holds; to close the shared sign-in too, email dev@adelyons.com and we will delete it within 30 days unless another Adelyons app you use still needs it, in which case we will ask you first.
Class codes
Delete it in the app (instant)
On the teacher’s device: Settings → Classroom → Delete my class. The code and every seat are deleted from our server immediately and student devices relock the next time they check in. Reset seats deletes just the seats.
Or ask us
Email dev@adelyons.com with the class code. We delete the class and its seats within 30 days and confirm by reply. A school or parent can ask us to remove a single student device’s seat the same way.
What isn’t on our server
Passport stamps, settings and progress stay on each phone and are deleted with the app. Purchases are held by the App Store or Google Play and RevenueCat; manage or cancel them in your store account.
